Great community, property is well maintained. Had a few things that needed to be fixed upon move in and Sherman came and helped us on a few different occasions. Hes been great so far and super attentive!

Great help from Sherman. I dropped my diamond pendant in the sink and he just came in within a few minutes to get it back to me. It was precious piece of jewelry and cannot thank Sherman enough for his prompt response. Shows how helpful the maintenance staff here is.

Haven't had an issue when putting in maintenance request and the turn around time for repairs has been really quick. Sherman is a great maintenance tech. Very professional and knowledgeable of his job. The maintenance team is outstanding! Thank you for the services you have provided thus far during my stay here at Avalon Northborough. It's greatly been appreciated.

I lived there with my family for close to three and half years. It’s a top notch community. Awesome maintenance team and very proactive leasing office staff. The community has lot of amenities, all well maintained. It’s built at a prime location close to several shopping options. I didn’t come across any crime reported all through my time there. My family had an awesome time and my two kids made lot of of beautiful memories there something we will all cherish for the rest of our life. We would have continued living there if we didn’t have to move to a different state. We miss Avalon so much! Thank you for all the wonderful memories!

Maintenance has been great. We had been having trouble with our dryer and just lived with it, not wanting to go through the perceived hassle of a maintenance request. We finally got around to submitting a request late Tuesday night, Wednesday morning Sherman showed up with a new dryer. As always, he was polite, efficient and pleasant. Now we feel foolish for waiting so long .....

Very pleased with the service response time. We had a water leakage from the ceiling due to a burst pipe. The maintenance team especially Sherman was wonderful and responded to the crisis immediately and promptly. The initial response and the follow up were excellent. They remediated the issue swiftly and our apartment was back to normal within couple of days.

The maintenance team at this complex are incredibly nice, professional, responsive and timely. We have been living here for about a year & a half and every time we put in a maintenance request it is assessed and resolved within a day (if not the same day). Sherman and Dean are top tier employees and really go above and beyond the resolve the issues. Recently we had an issue in our bathroom and Sherman not only resolved the issue but wiped down the area with cleaner so it was even nicer than where we started! Cannot recommend this maintenance team enough, it is this complex’s strength!

Leonard and Sherman were extremely helpful and professional in replacing the stove in our apartment. I would highly recommend pay increases because it is hard to find employees as dedicated and friendly as them.
