The location of Sunnyside is ideal with Town Square, White Mountain Athletic Club, Packards Field and Corcorans Pond just a short walk away. High speed internet is included with the lease. Tenant is responsible for electric and propane costs. Owner is a White Mountain Athletic Club member so the renter has access to the club for a fee.
