Convenient access to I-93 makes exploring the Lakes Region and surrounding towns effortless. This apartment is not pet friendly. $2100/mo includes internet, and heat up to $50/mo. HOA restricts lease terms to 6 months minimum. Any lease term of 184 days or less will be subject to NH Room and Meals Tax payable by the resident. Departure clean fee of $250 due on or before move-in. Applicants are required to complete a $50 rental application and authorize a credit and background check.
