This home is located in Sugar Run, a private area within a short drive to towns and amenities. Plymouth NH is only 15 minutes away as is Waterville Valley, Lincoln NH is 25 minutes as is Loon Mountain Ski Area. The main entrance brings you into a spacious living room with high ceilings and a gas fireplace. Next to the living room is the kitchen with beautiful granite countertops adjacent to which is the dining room. In the middle of the kitchen is a large island with a cooktop. On the ground level you will find a spacious basement with plenty of room for storage and activities. Connected to the basement is the 2 car garage to keep your vehicles out of the cold and snowy weather. In the backyard you can enjoy a fire while gazing at the stars at night. The property has a perennial garden which you are welcome to tend although the landlords are glad to take care of it as well.
