Admissibilité: The Renter Survey 2026 Drawing (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Zumper, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Comment participer : The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this Sweepstakes site here: https://form.typeform.com/to/wl0bljhF. You may also enter the Sweepstakes by completing the alternative online entry form here: https://form.typeform.com/to/QQqNmHqq. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the Rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Prix : Quatre (4) gagnants recevront chacun une carte-cadeau numérique américaine de $500 $. Le prix est non transférable et le commanditaire ne remplacera aucun prix perdu ou volé. Sélection et notification des gagnants : Les gagnants du tirage au sort seront désignés par un système informatique aléatoire sous la supervision de l'organisateur. Ils seront avisés par courriel à l'adresse qu'ils auront fournie lors de leur participation, dans un délai de quatorze (14) jours suivant le tirage. L'organisateur décline toute responsabilité en cas de non-réception de l'avis par un gagnant, notamment en raison de paramètres de sécurité défavorables (filtres anti-pourriel, etc.) ou de coordonnées erronées ou non fonctionnelles. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Indemnité. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, if in Sponsor’s opinion (a) the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of the occurrence of any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications, equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Promotion by any party, or any federal, state, local or provincial government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, or (b) any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, in all instances without liability to the entrants. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Liste des gagnants. For the name of the prize winners, available after September 30, 2026, send an email message to press@zumper.com with “Winners List” as the email subject and “Renter Survey 2026 Sweepstakes” specified in the body of the email. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Avertissement relatif aux médias sociaux. You acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, or any other social media companies/entities that may be used to share the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Social Media”). You further expressly acknowledge that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to any of the Social Media. For the avoidance of any doubt, you hereby expressly release, indemnify, and hold harmless any and all Social Media, as defined above, in connection with your participation in the Sweepstakes.
