–Arlington, Virginie held onto its position as the priciest city with rent staying stable at $2,180.
–Washington, D.C. was second with one bedrooms priced at $2,150.
–Bethesda, MD followed closely behind as third with rent at $2,140.

–Frederick, MD saw rent climb another $50 to $1,300 but continued to rank as the most affordable in the metro.
–Silver Spring, MD rent grew $20 to $1,640 but remained the second least expensive.
–Rockville, MD ranked as third with rent at $1,660.
