The Zumper Baltimore Metro Report analyzed over 11,000 active listings in April across 13 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents.

–Elkridge, MD ranked as the most expensive city to rent with one bedroom units priced at a median of $1,490.
–Annapolis, MD rent grew $70 this month to $1,450 and became the second priciest.
–Columbia, MD was the third with rent at $1,380.
Le moins cher
–Brooklyn Park, MD remained the most affordable city to rent this month with one bedroom units priced at $750.
–Dundalk, MD was the second least expensive city with rent at $850.
–Westminster & Arbutus, MD, just $20 more than Dundalk, were tied for third with rents at $870.
