About 3223 Kennett Sq #1
This is a beautifully renovated 1st floor apartment with lots of character. It features 16 foot cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, exposed brick, central air, private laundry in unit, and plenty of closet space. The kitchen is open to the living room with custom granite and cabinets, dishwasher, garbage disposal, built-in microwave, gas stove and track lighting. Each of the two bedrooms has a loft area above it accessed by a built in ladder. Tenants are responsible for paying gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash. This triplex in South Oakland is conveniently located a short walk from to the campuses of Point Park, Carlow, Pitt, and CMU. The hospitals, restaurants, and shops in Oakland are also walkable. Parking is on street with City permit. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. Leases at our Oakland properties can end July 15th, July 31st, or August 15th of each year.
