This home has efficient boiler heat and also a supplemental "mini-split" heat/AC unit mounted in the living room. This home has a large, dry basement with washer and dryer and a third carpeted room across from the laundry area. Plenty of room to store your toys in the off-season. There is a 3-season room off the back which walks out onto the large deck in the backyard. There is also a large yard between the deck and the lake! There is a covered carport large enough for two vehicles right out front. This home is NON-smoking only! No pets. Tenant pays all utilities. Tenant is required to follow all lake association rules and regulations!
