Came in with no appointment just looking for some information. They were incredible! We got all the information we needed and shown different floor plans. They helped us apply and within a week we were moving in!

I really love this apartment. It's neat, spacious and the staff are amazing! They show courtesy and ready to answer questions and help if you need any repairs or maintenance.

I loved everything about this community! (No, I'm not getting anything to say this lol) The cost was a bit more than the surrounding apartments BUT IT WAS SOOOO WORTH IT! The apartments themselves are spacious, lots of light, have sooo much closet space (entry closet, hall closet, linen closet, full length bedroom closets, etc) and there are washer/dryer units on every floor so you there's basically never a wait. In the two bedroom, the master is huge (see image). The office staff is always super helpful, communicative, and trustworthy. If you have questions, they're quick to help and provide help/options in words that anyone can make sense of. Super lovely and knowledgable people. Special thanks to Ashley and Cassy for helping me so often lol The maintenance staff has a great response time and is super respectful of people working from home. Very communicative on timelines if there are any kind of shipping or maintenance delays. Again, great people employed. The grounds staff keep the place looking great. They mow the grass, keep up with potholes very well, the dog park is always great, and the space is generally gorgeous with all the trees. The trees and outdoor common space was a huge reason of why I chose to live here. Also, there is the soccer field behind the apartments and is super close to a walking trail when you cut through the church parking lot. The security staff is patrolling every night, although I've never had any reasons to call them. Also, if they see you get home late at night, they'll wait until you're safely in the building to continue patrolling. (Which is amazing if you're paranoid like me lol) There are normally community events, but less due to COVID. There are also dog-friendly apartments (or not if you don't want the noise/like dogs) and a dog park specifically for our complex. **Covid-Wise, the staff was super communicative on things that were changing and hosting outdoor events that there was no pressure to attend. Plus, they quickly added package lockers (see image) so there was no need to go into the office and put anyone at risk.
