Available Sept 15th. Convenient St. Paul single-family home located just off Goodrich Avenue in St. Paul! Home has 2 bedrooms on the same level, plus a good-sized office/den on the upper level. Huge living room with a large dining room and fireplace. Sunny kitchen, full bathroom, and great backyard views plus a 2 car garage. There's also a wheelchair ramp that leads to the front door. Tenant is responsible for all utilities to the home (plus $35/month trash reimbursed to owner), as well as lawn maintenance and snow removal. If tenant wants in-unit washer/dryer, an additional $35/month covers the maintenance/repair of laundry units. Application fee of $45.00/adult. Monthly income at least 3x the rent amount.
