Whether you're lounging on the sofa and chairs or dining at the beautiful wooden table, relaxation is guaranteed. For morning bliss, savor breakfast on the front deck while overlooking the lush tropical neighborhood. This property includes complimentary WiFi, beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a beach umbrella. A grill with propane is also provided. Professional linen services are included, with a set of towels and basic bathroom and kitchen supplies provided per guest and per bathroom/kitchen. Supplemental services such as pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting are available for a small additional fee, as are pack-n-play or high chair rentals. Unique to the north end, you have the rare privilege of accessing both the Gulf and Bay beaches, ideal for dolphin watching, bird sightings, and enjoying glorious sunsets. The property is perfectly positioned to provide a serene and relaxing holiday experience in a tranquil and quiet area. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. Please respect our island community. The fireplace is not for guest use. This is a non-smoking property, and guests will incur an additional charge of $500 for cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found on the property. Tampering with smoke detectors will incur a charge of $150. Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests and the maximum number of vehicles is 4. Check-in time starts at 4 p.m. and check-out time is prior to 10 a.m. Access codes will be sent via text message or email at least 24 hours before check-in.
