Access to a community heated pool and tennis/pickleball court is included. Beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a beach umbrella are provided for your use. Parking for 2 vehicles is available. Professional linen services are included, providing high-quality linens and 6 beach towels. A starter set of toiletries and cleaning supplies is also provided. Centrally located on Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island, this condo is just steps from the island's beautiful white sandy beaches. You'll find an open-floor plan with unobstructed views of the white sandy beach and turquoise waters. The property is conveniently located near the FREE trolley service, which runs every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m., traveling from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach. This is a non-smoking property. Events are not allowed. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night, as quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur an additional charge of $500 for cleaning and deodorizing. Tampering with smoke detectors will incur a charge of $150. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is prior to 10 a.m. A rental application must be completed within 48 hours of initial booking.
