It is a convenient walk to the growing downtown area of JC. **Please Note: -We are not accepting Section 8 at this time. -We require a monthly household income of 3X Rent for our applicants.** Pet Policy: - We allow up to 2 pets under 50 pounds per home. - We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $150 for 1 pet and $250 for 2. - We also charge Pet Rent equaling $25 per pet, per month. -You must be willing to provide details on any pets living in the home. Utilities: -Tenants will be responsible for any utilities, otherwise specified in the description, that are separately metered for their home. -Tenants will be responsible for all utilities except for the basic WIFI internet we already have installed. This will be billed back to the tenant through a RUBS system. Fees: - Application Fee and Criminal / Credit Background Fee - $30 - Move In Fee - We charge a one time Move-In fee equaling one half of half of one rent payment.
