The Reserve is a beautiful place to live! 5 years and counting to the future. This is honestly our home sweet home! We were so blessed to come to Johnson City but to find the Reserve was just a gift. Everything they offer is above and beyond anyone else in the area! The office staff is so professional and helpful. Maintenance is “Johnny on the spot” we have gorgeous grounds, saltwater pool, workout facility and a clubhouse that screams come on in and hangout! We love our sense of security with the gate and security officer! All I can say is this IS the place to live in Johnson City!

We sure are enjoying The Reserve at Johnson City as our new home !! The staff in the office is AMAZING !! Katrina ,Catherine and Katie are very friendly and make each person a part of the family here ! The maintenance team of Danny , Jerry and Tony are always working on keeping the grounds in perfect order. The benefits here are much better than owning a house. The Pool table, car wash. Coffee and snacks everyday ….all we have to think about is if we should open the windows or not before we go down to use the gas grills !!! What a way to LIVE THE RESORT LIFE !! All of this without an HOA plan !!! Where would you rather be….??? 😀
