Quiet hours are observed between 9pm and 7am. Guests who fail to comply with house rules may be evicted from the property without a refund. Any group attempting to violate the community policies on occupancy limit or quiet hours will be removed immediately. There is a fine for house rule violations. If guests are found to have left an excessive mess or had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Unauthorized late check-out is a $50 fee. All late check-out requests must be submitted by 5pm the day before departure and are subject to availability. There will be a $50 fine for each key or parking item not returned. If you do not follow check-out instructions, you may be fined an additional $75 cleaning fee. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. This violation will incur a $200 per day fee. If your party receives a lease violation you will receive a $500 penalty.
