About 85 Parker Hill Road

Home

85 Parker Hill Road, Town of Rockingham, VT 05101, US

Open House Saturday August 22nd from 11am to 1pm. Rare chance to rent a stand-alone, two-bedroom home, privately located on a tranquil seven-acre lot. Open fields surround the house and a pathway leads down to a swimming hole under a railroad trestle on the Williams River. The home features an open-concept kitchen with a center island, a living room with hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings with a woodstove with brick hearth, and a dining area with French doors opening to the yard. Two large bedrooms and a recently remodeled full bath complete the picture. The full basement offers plenty of storage space. The house sits far back from the road on a private, tree-lined driveway. There are areas suitable to grow a large garden along with a large wooden shed perfect for keeping your toys out of the weather. With landlord approval, you could probably keep some chickens or other animals on the property. The spectacular swimming hole is a short walk down a trail and has a deep, slow-moving pool underneath the railroad trestle. It would be a great place to relax, swim, and melt away the stress of life. Available immediately. The house has just undergone a complete interior remodel with fresh paint, new lighting, and some new flooring. The house is located a short way up Parker Hill Road, one mile west of Exit 6 off I-91 from Route 103. This location is conveniently located nearby to Brattleboro, Chester, Springfield, Keene, Claremont and Dartmoth Hitchcock in Lebanon. Tenants must complete an application, and final canidates to provide credit / criminal background report for each adult at $30/person. The first month's rent and a one-month security deposit due at the time of lease signing. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Tenant pays all utilities. Please no drivebys due to long private driveway. Come to the open house or reach out for a private showing. Please include your email address in message so if you would like to have an application sent to complete.
