If you have looked, you know that there aren't many cute places for rent on Beaver Lake. This adorable cabin is just steps down to the water. Approximately 15 minutes to Bentonville, 30 to Rogers, 50 to Fayetteville, 30 to Eureka. 3 bedroom, 2 bath FURNISHED with most everything. All you really need to move in are linens. Decorated in a farmhouse chic style. All walls and trim just painted white Central heat and air - brand new system Wood burning fireplace HUGE screened in back porch overlooking the lake Ref, stove, washer and dryer provided. King bed and double bed provided. 3rd bedroom can be used as an office or additional bedroom. 800 sq ft of indoor living, but the huge screened in porch makes it feel much larger. As you drive down the lane to get to the cabin, you can feel yourself shedding all the stress of the city, work, etc. This is a truly magical spot on the lake and feels like you are stepping back in time to a much less harried world. You will not want to leave. Looking for a years lease. But open to some negotiation. Move in date could be a little negotiable also. No pets.
