This centrally located property puts you in the heart of shopping, dining, business, and fun. This townhome features one spacious king-size bed, one comfortable queen bed, and one full-over-full bunk bed, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for all your cooking needs, perfect for entertaining. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi for all your work-from-home needs and a shared washer and dryer for your convenience. A public pool is available for relaxation, and free public parking spaces are available, but please only park in non-reserved spots. A maximum of 3 cars are allowed. Conveniently located near Lake Texoma, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, Sherman Town Center, and Eisenhower State Park, this townhome is ideal for short or long-term stays, students, solo travelers, couples, or small families. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in, at the host's discretion. Late checkouts must be approved and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout requested the day before, or $35 for a same-day request. Guests are required to fill out a guest sign-in form, including uploading a government-issued ID, as a screening process. Ordering mail/packages to this location is not allowed. Do not communicate with neighbors or the landlord; all communication must be through the platform. A $500 fine will be issued for lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints. Guests may encounter bugs due to the climate, and no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. If a previous guest has damaged something minor, it will be reported to staff but completion depends on the maintenance team's schedule. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations unless they are service animals. A $35 fee will apply if keys are not returned or are damaged.
