Unregistered guests are not permitted inside the property at any time, and a surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and do not disturb upcoming guest reservations. A $100.00 per hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11 am. Shoes are to be left by the front door and not worn throughout the inside of the house. Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
