Certified service animals are allowed, subject to building management approval and breed/pet restrictions. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties. Access to the building requires scanning a key fob, which is essential for your stay. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, and no more than the specified number of guests are allowed on the premises at any given time. The apartment cannot accept any package deliveries, and guests are not allowed to receive mail here or give out this address. The property assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be returned to the original lockbox; failure to do so will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If an infestation is determined to have been brought into the apartment, guests may be charged for all necessary costs to address it. Vehicles parked on the premises are at the owner's risk.
