It's a short drive to the lakefront and GO Transit for easy access to Toronto. Downtown Oakville and the beautiful Oakville shoreline, with their variety of shops, restaurants, and scenic views, are also just a short drive away. Major roads and highways, including the QEW and Highway 403, are easily accessible. Please note that quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM to respect neighbors. Smoking, vaping, or the use of weed or any illegal drugs anywhere on the property is prohibited, with a $200/day deep cleaning fee applied if smoking is detected. Unauthorized parties or events may lead to a $1,000 penalty and cancellation. The unit is equipped with an Alertify monitoring device that measures sound levels and detects cigarette smoke. Tampering, disconnecting, or triggering a violation notification will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
