The home is conveniently located just 6 miles from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A $75 fee will be charged if guests vacate more than thirty minutes after the posted check-out time. If possession is held for more than two additional hours beyond designated check-out, an additional day's stay will be charged. All guests must be approved before check-in, and a $40 fee per unlogged guest will be charged. This is a non-smoking property, and infringing upon this rule shall result in a $200 fine, in addition to potential additional costs. Absolutely no parties will be tolerated; if guests throw a party, trash and/or damage the unit, disrespect the property, or hold a gathering with additional guests not reported in the initial booking, a $200 fine will be enforced. Pets are not allowed unless approved before booking; guests' inability to comply shall result in a fine of $200 per unauthorized pet. If messes resulting from pets are evidenced upon checkout, a fine of up to $500 will be enforced.
