While portions have been updated, guests should expect a cozy mountain-home feel with some older finishes and dated elements. Guests will have full private access to their side of the duplex, including the attached 2-car garage, multiple living spaces, deck, yard areas, and all bedrooms. Approved pets incur a pet fee, and ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. Enjoy quick access to Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, and Alta while staying close to shopping, restaurants, and the Wasatch Front. This home is designed for ski trips, mountain adventures, and family gatherings. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Guests must clean up after their pet, and a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property; a $50 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. Includes a reading nook/library.
