There is a strict no-smoking policy, and any smoking in the apartment will incur a $500 penalty. Please remove all trash and place it in the trash chute down the hallway at check-out. Any damages and/or stains to sheets or linens will incur an additional charge, as stained sheets are not covered by the cleaning fee. Management staff may access the unit at any time in the event of an emergency. For smaller issues, management will attempt to contact guests before entering.
