Located in the highly desirable Lauderdale by the Sea area, the apartment offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shopping, and South Florida attractions while maintaining a peaceful beachfront atmosphere. No parties or large gatherings are allowed without prior authorization. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Violating quiet hours will result in a $300 USD fine and may lead to eviction without a refund. All properties are 100% smoke-free. Smoking inside the property will result in a $250 USD fine for cleaning and odor removal. If marijuana consumption is detected or there is a strong smell, an automatic fine will be applied, and the reservation may be canceled without a refund. In properties with outdoor spaces, smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in requests and late check-outs must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee. All guests must provide a valid ID before check-in. The property is cleaned only one time before and after the stay. Additional cleaning services can be requested at an extra cost and are subject to availability. Guests are expected to maintain the property in a reasonable condition. A refundable deposit may be required at check-in. Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.
