Enjoy direct beach access and the convenience of being steps from the sand. Smoking inside the property will result in a $250 USD fine for cleaning and odor removal. If marijuana consumption is detected or there is a strong smell, an automatic fine will be applied, and the reservation may be canceled without a refund. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Violating quiet hours will result in a $300 USD fine and may lead to eviction without a refund. A refundable deposit may be required at check-in. Guests are expected to maintain the property in a reasonable condition. Lost keys or access devices will incur a $40 USD replacement fee. The use of Wi-Fi for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Nok is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay. Guests assume all risks of injury or losses related to the use of the property. For stays of 30 days or more, visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM. If they wish to enter after this time, an ID must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Visiting hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After this time, a nightly charge per person will be applied. The use of drugs or involvement in prostitution-related activities is strictly prohibited. If violated, the reservation will be immediately canceled without a refund, the police will be notified, and a fine between $200 and $500 USD will be applied depending on the severity of the infraction. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. The property is cleaned only one time before and after the stay.
