There is 1 car covered parking and more parking that is uncovered. The rent is $1300.00 a month with a $105.00 utility pmt for water, garbage, sewer and yard mowing. There is a $65.00 per adult application fee. Tenants are to put the gas and power internet, cable TV in their names. There is a $85.00 initiation fee required. There isa $1,300.00 deposit required with $125.00 of the deposit that is non-refundable for Administration Fees. The remaining deposit of $1175.00 is fully refundable after move out unless any damages, cleaning or repair charges. There is a 1 yard lease required with a possibility of extension if both parties agree. There are no pets allowed.
