The Beach Bux cottage is cozy and well equipped. It includes cable TV, DVD player, internet, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, sundeck, outdoor shower, and grill. The following are provided: coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets or comforters. Linens are not provided, but guests can bring their own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and bath clothes. Linens can be rented from Money's Worth or Ocean Atlantic Rentals. This cottage offers easy access to the beach. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. All properties are non-smoking. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests must bring paper goods and towels. Weekly pricing includes base weekly rental, reservation fee, tax, property protection, trip cancellation, and travel insurance. Additional fees apply for reservations, partial stays, taxes, and insurance.
