The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other essential toiletries. Access to the pool and gym is available for stays of 28 days or more. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night, or $10 CAD per night for stays of 15 nights or more. Pets are allowed in the apartment for a fee of $10 per night for one pet. A travel crib for babies aged 0-18 months and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night. Guests' names and ID details, along with vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required), must be provided to condo management prior to arrival. A selfie with ID is required as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the provided information will not be allowed into the building. There is a strict no-party policy, and the unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door only and a noise detector. Exceeding the number of guests specified in the reservation may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Please inform us in advance if you plan to invite additional guests. There is a strict no-smoking policy, and any type of smoking is prohibited inside the unit or building.
