The registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 years of age or older. The trusted partner requires the registered guest booking and occupying the apartment to be 25 years of age or older. If a reservation is made by someone under 25, or if under 25 guests occupy the property without the presence of the registered guest for the duration of the reservation, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged, and the reservation will be canceled. If the 25 or older person booking the property informs the partner within 15 days prior to arrival that they will not be able to come and only under 25 guests will occupy the property, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, and the reservation will be canceled. If the 25 years of age or older person booking the property does not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, the reservation will be canceled, the occupants will be evicted, and no refund will be issued. These actions are considered booking under false pretenses and will not be tolerated. Any booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require a credit card and matching ID on file.
