After a dip in the pool, enjoy the oceanfront view from the condo's balcony. Share the scenery with the free Wi-Fi or unwind with cable on the bedroom's TV. At dinnertime, the kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up delicious home-cooked meals. This condo is a quick drive to many restaurants and family-friendly attractions such as Wonderworks and Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Gulf World, and the Pier Park Mall. Sugar-white sands and gentle waves await at the beach, only a few steps from the building. Aquavista requires the primary renter to be a minimum of 25 years of age and to accompany all guests. Check-in time is 4:00 PM CT (5:00 PM during Spring Break, holidays, weekends). Aquavista is a smoke-free resort, but smoking is permitted in designated areas outdoors. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 6 guests including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and ejection. Guests must register online with the condominium before arrival for parking.
