Pool heating can be added for an additional $50 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Furry friends are welcome with prior written notification and approval, and a pet fee of up to $150 security deposit is applied for one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified). This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with wide sidewalks ideal for running and walking. It is 19 km from John's Pass and Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk, 24 km from Chihuly Collection, 25 km from Tropicana Field and St. Pete Pier, and 7 km from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport. It is a 10-minute drive to beautiful beach access, 8 minutes to Seminole City Center, 20 minutes to Clearwater, and 30 minutes to Tampa. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors and keep the neighborhood quiet and safe. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). There are cameras on the driveway and the side yard monitoring for access from the gate. Pool floats are not provided. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
