Located Gulf-front in Panama City Beach, this condo offers unbeatable views and a perfect setting for a romantic getaway or family vacation. Long Beach Resort will be undergoing exterior construction between August 18, 2025, and March 13, 2026, which has the potential to be loud and disruptive. Construction noise begins at 8:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm. Any booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require a credit card and matching ID on file; no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment if this requirement is not met. The registered guest booking and occupying the condo must be 25 years of age or older. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or intend to allow under 25 years of age friends or family to occupy the property without your presence, your reservation will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that the 25 or older person booking the property will not be able to come and only under 25 years of age people will occupy the property, your reservation will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
