This modern and stylish home sleeps 8 adults and 1 baby/toddler and features fast Wi-Fi, a 65-inch smart TV, and comfortable memory foam mattresses. The fully equipped kitchen includes complementary coffee and tea, cooking essentials, a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The living room offers an oversized comfortable sofa, a throw blanket, and bay windows with lots of natural light. The dining area seats 6 people, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar table. The games room includes indoor basketball, board games, and air hockey. A pack n' play and high chair are available. Surrounded by nature and local highlights, this home is near restaurants, cafés, and parks, with a pickle ball and tennis stadium facility right opposite. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and no outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000. No parties are allowed as it's a family neighborhood. There is a camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior that records image and sound 24/7. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of stays of one week or longer; guests are then responsible for providing these for the remainder of their stay. During winter, the driveway is shoveled, and the main road is plowed by the city; however, we are not responsible for any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. Guests may need to visit the gas station 10 minutes away if the propane is empty. Includes a dedicated work station. There are 3-4 parking spots on the driveway. Additional parking may be found on McGurry Street. The living and dining room and kitchen are located on the main floor. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, and the other one room is in the basement floor.
