Large lot (over 0.33 acres) with plenty of trees. Pets are allowed as long as theyre previously approved beforehand (a pet deposit is required). The home is currently furnished with two twin beds (includes bedding), but different beds (such as bunk beds or a queen) could be arranged. If you prefer the home unfurnished, that can be arranged as well. A minimum lease of 6 months is preferred, but if you need something shorter, we can discuss that. Security deposit is $1999 and is fully refundable as long there is no damage or default on the lease.
