Feel at home in the Redwood Dome, a unique geodesic dome on 2.5 acres of private property in Russian River. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat is ideally located within minutes of hikes, the river, wineries, and the Sonoma coastline. This private sanctuary features an open, high-ceiling layout with a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. Skylights and high ceilings create the perfect getaway. The upstairs bedroom has a skylight and a writer's nook, and the downstairs bathroom is comfortable and spacious. Enjoy sweeping forest views from the spacious living room, which includes a 92" HD projector and screen with Netflix. There are throw blankets throughout for an extra touch of coziness. A wood-burning stove is available for use in the fall and winter. There are two decks that look out onto the forest, and the upper deck has an outdoor bench for dining al fresco. Enjoy your own private hot tub. Russian River is a wonderful part of Sonoma County, boasting beautiful redwoods, breathtaking views, wineries, hikes, and beaches. You'll be about 15 minutes away from Highway 1 and the Pacific Ocean, and 15 minutes away from Downtown Guerneville. A car is needed to get to the Redwood Retreat. This space is best used for quiet retreats and reconnecting with nature. Absolutely no guests outside of the reservation are allowed; any external guests are grounds for immediate cancellation without refund and may incur an additional charge of $150 per guest, per night. While private, there are neighbors, so please keep noise levels down. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If the hot tub requires a deep cleaning (drain and clean) after a stay, the guest agrees to pay $200. No drugs or smoking are allowed. There are outdoor cameras for your and our protection. Fire starters are strictly prohibited as they can do serious damage to the stove and can pose a fire risk. High-speed internet is readily available.
