The full kitchen has ample prep space and a large dining set-up. There are nine bedrooms: two with king-size beds on the main floor, one with a California king-size bed on the second floor, two with a king-size bed and a twin bed on the second floor, one with a king-size bed and a crib on the second floor, one with two twin bunk beds, a twin bed, and a trundle on the second floor, one with two twin bunk beds, two twin beds, and a crib on the second floor, and one with a king-size bed and a full bed on the second floor. There are also three and a half bathrooms. Up to two dogs are allowed with approval and a pet fee. Located just outside of the charming town of Andes, this home offers the perfect balance of privacy and access to Catskills favorites. Nearby towns include Andes, Bovina Center, Delhi and Margaretville. Outdoor activities include hiking, waterfalls, fishing, kayaking, fall foliage drives, and snowshoeing. Nearby ski mountains include Plattekill Mountain and Belleayre Mountain. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No cats are allowed. No ATVs, snowmobiles, fireworks, firearms, or hunting are allowed. Limited or no cell service is available at the house. Enable Wi-Fi calling before arrival and save arrival details in advance. This is a rural setting, so wildlife and insects are part of the environment; do not leave food or trash unattended. From October through April, an AWD/4WD vehicle with good tires is required, and roads and driveways may be snowy or muddy.
