This home is dog-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs with prior approval and a pet fee. Parking is available in a large driveway with ample space, though the garage is not included. Additional guests beyond the base rate of 6 incur a nightly fee, and all guests, including children and infants, must be included on the reservation. Located just outside the charming town of Andes, this home offers a peaceful Catskills setting with easy access to popular wedding venues, ski mountains, and year-round destinations. Situated along a quiet country road, you'll enjoy privacy and mountain views while still being within a short drive of local towns, dining, and activities. Nearby towns include Andes, Bovina Center, Delhi, and Margaretville. Outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and kayaking are abundant, with Plattekill Mountain and Belleayre Mountain ski resorts approximately 30-40 minutes away. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a non-smoking home. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with approval and a pet fee; cats are not permitted. No parties or events are allowed, and day visitors require approval. Unapproved guests may result in fees or cancellation without refund. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Time changes for check-in/check-out are not permitted during holidays or from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and may be possible outside those dates with approval and a fee.
