Nearby attractions include Disney Springs, Old Town Kissimmee, and International Drive for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Orlando International Airport is about 30–35 minutes away. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund.
