This comfortable suite has everything you need to feel right at home, including a bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers. There is also a washer and dryer, and a kitchen with cookware, tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, and iron and ironing board. Parking is available for an additional fee. A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night; please book in advance. Guests have access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, sauna, indoor hot tub, steam room, and gym in the building. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center. Small and middle-size pets are allowed in the apartment for a fee of $20 per pet per night; please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. This apartment has a unique location in a prime shopping area with entertainment facilities, bars, and restaurants. There is a big supermarket in the building, and it is a 15-20 minute subway ride to downtown attractions. The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out may be possible but must be notified well in advance. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name and ID details, and vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required). Guests whose names or IDs do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the partner has the right to cancel the reservation immediately and charge a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee.
