The apartment features free on-site parking in the driveway, though extra-large vehicles may have difficulty maneuvering. Enjoy a private entrance, high-speed internet throughout the apartment, and a 50" smart TV with Roku. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including free coffee with the Keurig, pots, pans, and cooking utensils for your home-cooked meals. The bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. You will have access to the entire apartment and the shared washer/dryer in the building at no extra cost. Mount Adams is a walkable, quiet, and safe neighborhood with a charming business district of cafes, bars, and restaurants, all within a 2-5 minute walk. It is close to one of Cincinnati's best parks, Eden Park, and the Cincinnati Art Museum. Downtown is just a short 5-minute Uber or car ride away, and the sports stadiums are also a 5-minute drive. The neighborhood is very convenient for travel nurses, with easy access to hospitals. The fireplace is not operable. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm to 8am. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Unauthorized parties may result in prosecution for criminal trespass under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. Smoking or lighting anything in the property is prohibited, with a $300 cleaning fee for violations. A $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys. Additional fees may apply for excessive pet hair, stains, or deep cleaning if the unit is left in disorder. Security fees may be billed if incurred due to behavior at the property, with a minimum fee of $150.
