This home sleeps up to 10 guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, an open living area, and a private balcony. Beach gear, including towels, chairs, a cart, an umbrella, and a cooler, is included for easy days on the shore. The kitchen features a range stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dishware, and silverware. There is a dining table with seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 4. For your convenience, there is also an in-unit washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum, broom, and dustpan. Limited parking is available with 2 parking spaces per unit. This home is a short walk to the beach on Indian Shores Beach and minutes from Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf. It's also close to Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, an easy drive to Clearwater Beach, and near John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk. Convenient access to St. Petersburg attractions and museums is also provided. The area is walkable along Gulf Blvd with easy access to the beach and nearby dining. Short drives to Clearwater Beach, John’s Pass Village, and St. Petersburg are available, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Biking is a popular way to explore the coastal area. No pets are allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home, and no illegal substances are allowed on the property. No parties or events are allowed. No loud music is permitted, and guests must adhere to local noise ordinances and observe quiet hours starting at 9 PM. Guests must be respectful of neighbors at all times and refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Do not set the AC below 70°F to prevent system damage. Beach gear must be rinsed after use and stored properly each day, and do not leave beach equipment on the beach overnight. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the properties. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. A pack ’n Play is included.
