Feel at home in The Crown House, a beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home located just 6 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach. This family-friendly retreat offers over 2,100 sqft of comfort. This home features a private screened pool, fenced backyard, BBQ grill, and a 2-car garage. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a double-door fridge, oven, stove, and microwave. You'll also find Keurig and drip coffee makers, a blender, a kettle, cookware, dishware, silverware, and seasonings. For your convenience, there is also an in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoy the outdoor dining table for 6, loungers, poolside cocktail chairs, beach towels, and beach chairs. Perfect for families, snowbirds, remote workers, or vacationers seeking sunshine, space, and convenience, this home is located in a quiet residential community. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning no loud noise of any kind. Parties are never allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. If you intend to have a guest, they're only allowed at the property outside of quiet hours (i.e., 8 AM - 10 PM), and you must notify us in advance and receive written permission. Any parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property, including vaping. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Unless otherwise stated, all check-in times are 4 PM EST, and checkout times are 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. A $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry in the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries). If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM), the fee will be $200. No firearms are allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted in writing; the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Includes a dedicated office with a desk, monitor, printer, and ergonomic chair.
