Feel at home in this family-friendly retreat offering over 2,100 sqft of comfort. This home features a private screened-in pool, fenced backyard, barbecue grill, chef’s kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a 2-car garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double-door fridge, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, kettle, cookware, dishware, silverware, and seasonings. Enjoy the bright living room with a U-shaped sofa and a smart TV for streaming. Beach towels and chairs are included for your convenience. Weekly cleaning is available on Wednesdays with gate access. Super close to the beach and tons of restaurants, this home offers a great location with easy access to everything. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM, meaning no loud noise of any kind. Parties are never allowed. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place inside the property, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). No firearms are allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted in writing, and the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times; a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Includes a dedicated office with a desk, monitor, printer, and ergonomic chair.
