Welcome to The Crown House, a beautifully designed 4-bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms, located just 6 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach. Offering over 2,100 sq ft of comfort, feel at home in this family-friendly retreat. This home features a private screened pool, fenced backyard, barbecue grill, chef’s kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, a double-door fridge, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, kettle, cookware, dishware, silverware and seasonings. For entertainment, there are smart TVs in select rooms. Also included are plush towels, basic toiletries, an in-unit washer and dryer, and beach towels and chairs. Weekly cleaning is available on Wednesdays with gate access. Perfect for families, snowbirds, remote workers, or vacationers seeking sunshine, space, and convenience, this home is located in a quiet residential community with easy access to the beach and tons of restaurants. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am, meaning no loud noise of any kind, including music. Parties are never allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. If you intend to have a guest, they're only allowed at the property outside of quiet hours (i.e., 8 AM - 10 PM), and you must notify us in advance and receive written permission. Any parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property, including vaping. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. Pets are not allowed; unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. A rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a legal photo ID along with an accompanying verification photo. Check-in information cannot be shared until this is completed. Must be 25 years or older to book and check-in. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Includes a dedicated office with a desk, monitor, printer, and ergonomic chair.
