This home features three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the open living room offers comfy seating with tropical ocean-inspired décor. Enjoy the large, fenced backyard with a fire pit and a private, screened-in pool. The home also includes high-speed free Wi-Fi and free parking for up to two vehicles. We welcome furry friends with a written notification and approval. One house-trained dog under 50 lbs is allowed with a pet fee of $150. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles. Nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood, this area is filled with outdoor spots, foodie gems, and more. Explore the emerging Pinellas Arts Village, which continues to evolve with a growing number of arts and entertainment destinations. Enjoy walking around nature trails like Sawgrass Lake Park or Helen S. Howarth Community Park, or indulge in the diverse culinary offerings of Pinellas Park, from Thai to Cajun cuisine. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. We provide essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent pods for up to two loads. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM and note that no smoking or drugs are allowed on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of eight guests at any time. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please take out the trash and report any damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue fines if guests violate any rules. The home is equipped with outdoor cameras for security purposes, ensuring your safety and privacy. Please note that the pool is serviced weekly, and after rain, debris may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. We do not provide propane for the grill, so feel free to exchange the existing tank if you plan to grill.
