This spacious yet cozy residence is equipped with all your vacation essentials for a comfortable and relaxing time with the whole family. Conveniently located, you are just 5 minutes from Helen S. Howarth Community Park, 10 minutes from Shoppes at Park Place, 15 minutes from Sawgrass Lake Park, and 30 minutes from Tampa. This home features three spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two full bathrooms, including an en-suite in the master bedroom. The large, fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, and the open living room offers comfy seating with tropical ocean-inspired décor. Enjoy the large, fenced backyard with a fire pit and a private, screened-in pool. Additional amenities include high-speed free Wi-Fi and free parking for up to two vehicles. We welcome furry friends with a written notification and host approval required. We allow up to one house-trained dog under 50 lbs with a pet fee of $150. Free parking is available for up to three cars in the driveway. Nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood, this area is filled with outdoor spots, foodie gems, and more. Explore the emerging Pinellas Arts Village, which continues to evolve with a growing number of arts and entertainment destinations. Enjoy walking around nature trails like Sawgrass Lake Park or Helen S. Howarth Community Park, or indulge in the diverse culinary offerings of Pinellas Park, from Thai to Cajun cuisine. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Please be aware that the home is not baby-proofed, and we do not provide propane for the grill. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed on the property, and we reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests violate any house rules. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM and be considerate while socializing outdoors during these times. The home offers high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly for those who need to stay connected during their stay.
