Golf carts must be battery/electric powered and operators must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license, with operation limited to daylight hours. Business services such as faxing, photocopying, and wireless internet are available free of charge. Houseparties are prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. Mandatory evacuations may occur due to natural disasters, and reimbursement is not provided unless Travel Insurance has been purchased. Guests must vacate the premises immediately during a mandatory evacuation. The property has an elevator, which should only be used for loading and unloading or by the elderly or disabled. Children should not be unsupervised in the elevator. A release must be signed for elevator access. Motorized vehicles such as motorcycles, mopeds, ATVs, go-carts, and motorized scooters are prohibited in most gated amenity communities. Campers, trailers, or any other live-in moving vehicles are also prohibited. Motor vehicles are not allowed on the beaches. Guests are responsible for any damage due to intentional, willful, reckless, or malicious acts, gross negligence, intentional misuse of furnishings, or damage caused while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Guests are liable for damages exceeding $800, with the exception of accidental damage reported immediately. No rental reduction will be made for appliance or equipment malfunctions, power blackouts, or water shortages. Long-distance calls will be charged to the owner's telephone, with a $25 administrative fee. Items left in the home can be mailed back for a fee of $15 plus postage. Items unclaimed after thirty days are donated to charity.
