For fitness and wellness, enjoy the treadmill, weight bench/power tower, yoga mat, aerobic stepper, and mini trampoline. For entertainment and recreation, there is a poker/card table, board games, fishing rods and golf clubs, bicycles, beach gear (folding chairs and wagon), and miniature golf. Private driveway parking is available. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is close to beaches, dining, and shopping. Top attractions include Port Charlotte Beach Park, Englewood Beach, Boca Grande / Gasparilla Island, Fishermen’s Village (Punta Gorda), Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park, Centennial Park (downtown Port Charlotte), Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor, North Port Aquatic Center, Warm Mineral Springs Park, and Punta Gorda Historic District. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets must be reported in advance and in writing, and must be leashed when outside or in any shared outdoor areas. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation, with a pet fee of $250 per pet, per stay, and a weight limit of 25 lb. Unauthorized pets will incur a $400 penalty per pet and may result in cancellation of the remaining reservation without a refund. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and a $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Quiet time is between 10 pm to 8 am daily. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
