There is also a washer and dryer. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night ($10 CAD if you book 15 nights or more). Please request parking spots in advance as they could be reserved. Pets are allowed for a fee of $20 per night per pet. Travel cribs (for 0-18-month-old babies) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night. Please book them in advance. This apartment is centrally located and accessible to the CNE, Ontario Place, CN Tower, Budweiser Stage, BMO Field, Scotia Arena, and Rogers Centre. Streetcar access is available to anywhere downtown. It's a 5-minute walk to Porter Airport and a 10-minute streetcar ride to Union, UP express, GO station, and VIA rail. This is an ideal location for major events and international tournaments, including the FIFA World Cup 2026. Guests must be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the reservation may be canceled immediately without any refund. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the trusted partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fees.
