This suite features a fully functional kitchen with supplies such as tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. A washer and dryer are available with supplies. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for an additional fee of $50 per night, with a minimum rental term of 3 nights. It's recommended to request it in advance as spaces may be limited. In case of no availability, there is paid underground parking nearby. Located at 386 Yonge St, Aura Condos stands at 78 storeys. Floors 1–3 include major retailers such as IKEA and Marshalls, banks, restaurants, and cafes. There is direct access to the PATH network and College subway station, directly connected underground to a shopping mall. Guests must be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you $150 for a service call and $200 for cleaning fees. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund. Check-in is after 4PM, and check-out is before 9AM. It is impossible to arrive after 11 PM. If a guest would like to arrive between 9 pm and 11 pm a fee of $79.99 CAD plus tax will apply. Pets are not allowed. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to their arrival, including all guests' names and their ID details, vehicle, and license plate numbers (in case parking is required). Guests are kindly asked to send a selfie with their ID as an anti-fraud measure. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. A photo of a valid ID is required: international passport, driver’s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID). For foreign guests, a passport is required as an ID. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level.
