This 2-bedroom apartment features a private covered balcony and is walkable to the Village. There are two steps up to the walkway to the front door, and though the apartment is on the ground floor, it is above a basement and the balcony faces the rear of the building and is not ground level. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses, a slow cooker, roasting pan, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric range, full-size fridge with freezer, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, knives, pots and pans, and everything you need to live comfortably away from home. The main living area includes a comfy couch and smart TV for relaxing, a full-size dining area, and a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi. Laundry facilities are located in the basements of the adjacent buildings and are accessed with a key and paid for through a smartphone app. There is one uncovered parking spot assigned to the unit, as well as plenty of unassigned parking for a second vehicle. This is a pet-friendly apartment. This apartment is a short walk from charming Multnomah Village and steps from Gabriel Park and the local community center with a pool. Nearby landmarks include Gabriel Park (5-minute walk), Multnomah Village (1 mile), Lewis and Clark College (3 miles), OHSU (4 miles), Providence Milwaukee (6 miles), Providence St. Vincent (6 miles), and Legacy Good Samaritan (7 miles). Smoking or vaping is permitted outside only. Any instance of smoking inside the unit will result in a minimum charge of $500. All pets must be approved and on the reservation. Guests who do not clean up after their pet will pay a $50 poop cleanup fee. All persons staying overnight must be listed on the booking and written permission must be obtained. Guests may not have more than 8 people in the home at any time. Guests who do not take trash out on trash day during their stay agree to pay a $50 disposal fee. As the unit is on the first floor, there are occasional, typical sounds from the neighbor above, however a white noise machine has been included for your use.
