The main area includes a foyer with wall art, a bench/rack for shoes and coats, and an umbrella stand. The living room features a plush sofa with large down throw pillows and a comfortable sitting area with a 65" 4k Dolby vision Dolby sound Roku TV. The sofa easily converts to a comfortable queen bed. Two yellow lounge chairs each convert into sleeping cots. There is a modern dining room with seating for 8-10, and a full kitchen with granite countertops, including all cooking and dining materials with plate sets, flatware, glassware, pots/pans, toaster, cooking utensils, spices, condiments, and cooking sauces. Top-of-the-line appliances include a full French door Samsung refrigerator and freezer combo, a Samsung dishwasher with a special third rack for flatware and capacity for 12 dining sets, a Samsung stove/oven and microwave, and an LG stacked front loading washer/dryer combo. Located just steps away from downtown Silver Spring, AFI Theatre, and DC metro access, this home is within an easy commute or bike ride to Bethesda, NIH, Walter Reed, and the University of Maryland College Park. The house is an easy commute (20-30 minutes) from downtown Washington DC and Baltimore.
