The backyard and front yard are shared spaces. There are three entrances to the property: one private front door, a private back door, and a joint laundry room door that leads to the basement. Occasional barking may be heard from the neighboring unit, especially near the shared laundry area. Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the property, with a $200 per day fine for violations. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture.
